1. Start with smooth, clean skin.
Shower, then exfoliate lightly — especially dry spots like knees, elbows, ankles and hands. Make sure skin is fully dry before you start. (Skip heavy moisturizer right before; apply Glow first.)

2. Apply with the mitt.
Squeeze a little onto your mitt and smooth over the skin in long, circular motions, one section at a time — legs, arms, body. A little goes a long way. The mitt keeps it even and keeps your palms clean.

3. Go lighter on dry areas.
When you reach knees, elbows, ankles, wrists and hands, use whatever's left on the mitt rather than fresh product. These spots grab more color, so less is more.

4. Wash your hands.
Even with the mitt, rinse your palms and between your fingers when you're done.

5. Let it develop.
The color builds gradually over a few hours — there's no dramatic reveal, and that's the point. For deeper color, simply apply again the next day. Build to the shade you want, then maintain every few days.
